The CEO of Parisi group of companies, Dr. Francesco Parisi, is the contemporary descendant of the historical freight forwarding family, now in its eight generations.
He manages all group companies from the Headquarters in Trieste. He is a former Fiata president and currently involved in several logistics and infrastructure projects for the group of companies.
As an advisor, ambassador, and facilitator, he plays an essential role for the Asian subsidiary and he is supported by his two sons, Matteo and Tomaso Parisi.
MR. TAK CHUManaging Director PGS Asia

He has overall responsibility for the financial performance of the company, its long-term strategic vision, and day-to-day operating performance.
Tak Chu began his career in the Freight Forwarding Industry three decades ago, and he has diverse know-how including corporate finance, accounting operations, compliance, and logistics operations. He is a specialist in emerging markets in Asia and a pioneer in the cross border E-commerce and FBA developments in China.
Prior to his position with PGS, he single-handedly established his own Hong Kong-based company to an outstanding Air and Ocean Freight forwarder in Hong Kong and South China. His company was finally merged with Parisi Group in 2003.
Since then he heads PGS to a leading Logistics and Freight Forwarding company across Asia.
HELMUT HORVATHDIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING

Helmut Horvath is Director of Sales and Marking. In his role, he leads the activities in sales, marketing, alliances, and strategic vision for the group in the APAC region.
He has over 25 years of diverse experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry including direct sales, sales leadership, operations, global sales, and corporate management.
Since the establishment of PGS Asia, he played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of the company and expanding PGS’s footprint in the Asian region.
Prior to his appointment to Asia in 2002, he held management positions in Parisi Group in Europe.
