A copy is available upon request or available for download on this website, which in certain circumstances limit or exempt Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd’s and all its affiliated companies’ liability.
Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd and/or all its affiliated companies’ Standard Trading Terms & Conditions shall apply for any agreement or any other document with legal effect, in respect of Freight Forwarding and Logistics services and pertaining services (including but not limited to the services provided of arranging for the carriage of goods by Air, Sea and Land, storage, warehousing, collection, delivery, insurance for transport or storage, customs clearance, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading etc.), between Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd and/or its affiliated companies and any client of them.
The client shall be deemed as having acknowledged and agreed with the applications of Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd and/or all its affiliated companies’ Standard Trading terms & Conditions if the client entrusts Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics Ltd and/or its affiliated companies to carry out all or part of the aforesaid logistics services.
